Although our target is on memes we do not restrict utility projects from using our Launchpad. Every safu project is welcomed on Memespad. Our Sales tier will include Presale (Public & whitelisted sale), private sale and fairlaunchs which will be done on the launchpad and in all you don’t need to hold Memespad tokens to participate in launches. This Presale, type has a Softcap and a Hardcap. The sale is only successful if a Softcap is reached. If soft cap is not reached the sale will be automatically cancelled and all investors refunded. Where sale is successful, participants can claim their token on or before the launch time. You will also need to set a *Minimum and Maximum contribution and lock liquidity. This is to ensure security and avoid monopoly by whales in one bag. Token details and distribution details will be available on the sale page for transparency. According to our roadmap, there would also be private sale in the future but with higher security measures such as premium kyc, to ensure launch occurs successfully.
